Verdict:

Leo chewed up Mommy's ornaments.

He had sparklies on his nose.

Until I witnessed the following:

And what is Aidan doing?

Giving the ornament to Leo!?

"Here, buddy, chew it up.  Then Mommy will punish you and not me.  We've got a good deal going."

So they are both guilty.  Aidan for pulling ornaments off the tree and giving them to Leo.  And Leo is guilty for chewing them up.  Today I am thankful for superglue.
